HBS is extremely grateful to the County of Grande Prairie for its $50,000 contribution to its replacement school’s new playground.

School family teams are some of the BEST days of the year! Winter Carnival included hallway curling, parachutes, tower building, charades, making coffee sleeves for mental health & cookies for a treat. These days where we build community, friendships and cooperation are made possible by amazing parent support. Serah S, Wendy P & Ashlee A for planning. This week our classrooms have been filled with so many celebrity readers! From the Grande Prairie Storm players, Peace Wapiti Public School Division trustees, Asst Superintendents & learning coaches to Peace Wapiti Academy teachers and Grande Prairie Fire Department. Numerous HBS parents from our school council & Participarent group as well as former HBS staff. Thank you for sharing your love of reading with us!
