HBS Wilderness Wednesday
Spending time outdoors provides numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits, especially for children. Research from the Alberta Government highlights that outdoor activity improves mood, reduces stress, and boosts overall physical health. Even in cooler months, staying active outdoors fosters a lifelong appreciation for nature while supporting mental well-being.
School Wide Lunch!
On Wednesday, December 11th Harry Balfour will have a school wide lunch for Kinder to Grade 8 students and staff. Tu/Th Kinder will have their meal on December 12th.
