This week grade 7 & 8 STEM option class competed in building the tallest spaghetti and marshmallow towers. Our winning team’s tower was 102 cm tall. We also discussed bases and acids while experimenting with eggs in water, cola, orange juice, and vinegar. Students learned vinegar is very acidic and created bouncy eggs with their experiments.
